Terms of Service

Draft, pending legal review. This page describes how Fundify works today and will be finalized before launch.

These terms apply to everyone who uses Fundify, run by BEAH Enterprises, Inc. ("Fundify", "we"). By creating a page or giving through Fundify you agree to them.

Who can use Fundify

• You must be at least 18. Children don't have Fundify accounts.
• Parent accounts are by invitation. A parent or legal guardian may create pages only for children they have the authority to act for.
• Keep your login private; you are responsible for your account.

For parents

• Everything on your page must be true. Funds raised must go toward your child's sports and related expenses as described on the page.
• You confirm you have the right to share the photos, videos and information you post, and that sharing them is in your child's interest.
• Payouts are made through our payment processor and require its identity and bank checks. The processor's terms also apply to you; we will name it here before launch.
• Fundify is free for now. We plan to introduce a membership fee for parents, with the first six months free. We will tell you the price and get your agreement before you are ever charged.

For supporters

• Gifts to a family, not a charity. Gifts go to the child's parent or guardian. They are personal gifts and are not tax-deductible.
• No platform fee. Fundify takes no commission. You can choose to cover the card processing fee so your whole gift reaches the family; otherwise it is deducted from your gift. See Financial disclosures.
• Monthly gifts are charged on the same day each month (or the last day of a shorter month) until you cancel. You can change or cancel anytime: choose Supporter Login on the page and we will email you a code. Cancelling stops future charges.
• Refunds. Gifts are generally final, because the money is passed on to the family. If you were charged by mistake or without your permission, email us within 30 days and we will work with you and the payment processor to fix it.

Not allowed

• False or misleading pages, or raising money for anything else.
• Content that is unsafe for children, hateful, violent, sexual or illegal, or that shares a child's private details.
• Testing stolen cards, spam, scraping, or attempts to break or overload Fundify.

We may remove content, take pages offline or close accounts that break these terms or put a child at risk.

Our responsibility

Fundify is provided as is. We aren't responsible for how families use the funds they receive, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the past 12 months.
