Privacy Policy
Last updated October 30, 2026
Draft, pending legal review. This page describes how Fundify works today and will be finalized before launch.
Fundify lets family and close friends support a child's sport every month through a page the child's parent shares with them. Fundify is run by BEAH Enterprises, Inc. ("Fundify", "we"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Children
Fundify accounts are for adults. Children don't sign up or use Fundify themselves. A parent or guardian creates a page about their child and decides what to share. To protect children:
- Public pages show the child's first name and last initial (for example "Mia R.") and the page address uses the same form, unless the parent chooses otherwise.
- We ask search engines not to list children's pages. Pages are meant to be shared by link.
- Fundify never displays the child's date of birth or full name on a public page. Stories, titles, photos and videos are written and chosen by the parent, so the app reminds parents to leave out schools, addresses and other location clues.
- A parent can edit or delete their child's page, or their whole account, at any time in the app.
What we collect
- Parents: name, email, relationship to the child, password (stored only in encrypted, hashed form), profile photo, and payout details needed to send gifts to you.
- About the child, from the parent: name, date of birth, gender, sport, photos and videos, story answers and posts.
- Supporters: name, email and giving history. Card details go directly to our payment processor, Stripe; Fundify never sees or stores full card numbers.
- Sharing: when a parent emails their page to people from their contacts, only the addresses they choose are sent to us, to deliver that email.
- Technical: device tokens for notifications, and basic logs (such as IP address) used for security and to prevent abuse.
How we use it
- To run athlete pages, process gifts and send payouts.
- To send receipts, login codes, notifications and messages you ask for.
- To keep Fundify secure and prevent fraud and spam.
- To write page stories with AI when a parent asks: we send Google's Gemini service the child's first name, age, gender and sport and the parent's answers, never last names, schools or contact details. We use Google's paid service, under which Google does not use this content to train its models.
We don't sell personal information or show advertising.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run parts of Fundify for us: Stripe (payments and payouts), Google (AI story writing and app notifications through Firebase), our email delivery provider and our hosting provider. They may use the data only to provide their service.
- The public sees what a parent publishes on a page. Supporter-only posts are visible only to signed-in monthly supporters.
- When required by law or to protect the safety of a child or anyone else.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep information while your account is open. When a parent deletes their account, we take their pages offline, cancel monthly gifts to them and close the account so it can no longer be seen or used. To have the remaining personal information erased, email us; we keep only records we must keep for payments, tax or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can see and edit your information in the app, and delete your account in Settings. Supporters can manage or cancel their gifts with Manage Payments on any page. For anything else, including a copy or deletion of your data, email hello@beahinc.com or write to BEAH Enterprises, Inc., 990 Peachtree Industrial Blvd #2909, Suwanee, GA 30024.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll tell parents in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
